If you need to cancel your attendance at a workshop or event, our policy is as follows:

• Cancellation up to 28 days after purchase:

• If you cancel within 14 days from purchase date , you will receive a full refund. If the event is cancelled by Earth Sand & Fire LTD then a full refund will be given up to the day of the event

• Cancellation after 28 Days of purchase:

• We will transfer your booking to a later date if possible.

• Alternatively, we can issue store credit equal to the value of your booking.

• You also have the option to find a substitute to take your place.

• Cancellation Within 7 Days of the Event: If you cancel within 7 days of the event:

• No refunds or transfers will be provided.

• However, you may still substitute someone else in your place.
